Die Lage war super, das Apartment sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Vermieterin – auch wenn wir sie nie persönlich getroffen und nur via WhatsApp kommuniziert haben – war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Ein kleines Frühstück und Wasser standen bei der Ankunft bereit, und auch sonst fehlte es uns an nichts. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Leider kam aus dem Bad ein unangenehmer Geruch, aber das wird wohl an der Jahreszeit und den alten Häusern liegen. Nicht so schlimm, dass man die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen könnte. Für Menschen mit Geheinschränkung wären die Treppen ein Problem, aber uns hat das nichts ausgemacht.

Location is very central and in the middle of the vibrant old city so easy to access many attractions and restaurants etc on foot and to transport. Apartment is modern and spacious with a great balcony. The host (Armida) is really helpful and responsive if you have questions.

Breakfast is provided in the package. It was split between 'long-life' brioche and melba toast with spreads etc provided to eat-in for 3 days and then 4 days of coffee and a pastry at Florian cafe round the corner. Both are fine and OK to not have the same for 7 days. I would have preferred to have known this without having to ask. We knew there is no lift, Just to be clear that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with 63 steep steps.

I absolutely loved this accommodation. The apartment is very large and spacious, and during my stay I truly felt at home. Everything was spotless – the cleanliness was impeccable and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even though the weather was rainy and a bit cold during my stay, the heating system worked perfectly and I never felt chilly. The bathroom was spacious and had everything I needed, and the apartment was fully equipped, including everything necessary for preparing breakfast if I wanted to. I also really enjoyed the small terrace – it was the perfect spot to have a coffee while looking out over authentic Naples. The location was ideal: very close to Castel Capuano, but also within walking distance of the city center, especially Via dei Tribunali. As for the host, Armida was one of the kindest and most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. She made sure we had absolutely everything we needed and even stocked the fridge with everything. She also left us a small gift, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The apartment was decorated beautifully for Christmas, echoing the festive lights of Naples that were switched on exactly during our stay - such a lovely touch. I truly wish we had the chance to meet her in person. The check-in was extremely simple and smooth, with no complications at all. I wholeheartedly recommend this place - it made our stay in Naples truly special.

The bed was big and comfortable. It was quiet even though a very busy area. You can sit outside on the small balcony. The owner was super helpful and made us feel welcome.
