I would have given 10/10 if the missing things were in place before check-in. However everything we requested was sorted, so huge thanks to Guilia and team.
Firstly thanks for being kind and accommodating us on late check-in due to flight delays.
Ideally located, nested inside a very impressive building, spacious to accommodate 4persons-2bathrooms are a bonus! Comfy beds and noise free neighbourhood.
Would highly recommend this place for the facilities, service and value for money.
Very responsive host, that's highly appreciated.
No WiFi - guests were not informed till asked.
Missing coffee capsules- sorted a day later, other coffee maker is not in usable condition (rusted)
Utensils need a good clean before using.
Air conditioning system in upstairs bedroom only, not enough for living areas-requested for a fan, provided later, but was noisy yet manageable.
Few bits n bobs needs sorted so it would make it excellent place to make memories on your vacation.

La struttura è molto carina e accogliente, i bagni spaziosi e puliti.
La zona è comoda e centralissima, ma comunque silenziosa.
C'è tutto l'essenziale per un ottimo soggiorno!
Giulia è stata molto disponibile e ha trovato una soluzione a ogni nostra esigenza.
