Vedic Village Retreat Alleppey

The location and the serenity. The room was bug with nice view and bedding was very comfortable.

The food was average. It feels like it was non kerala cuisine oriented. They could have done more kerala cuisine. The staff mainly was non keralites. Even their English seems very difficult to understand. Service was OK. It seems they either don't understand what we ask in English or they seems just forget what we have asked (this is what happened when we asked for water bottle refill via phone).

The location was beautiful and spa facility was great

Resort management helped to get an alternate accommodation.

The resort management asked if we can accommodate in a different property a day before the arrival.
