The staff was extremely nice and hospitable
However, Many facilities mentioned under the property such as billiards, tennis was not actually available there which can be misleading to the guests. And also, the ac in our rooms was taking hours to cool up.

Propreté et confort de la chambre.
Salle de gym inutilisable : aucune aération ou climatisation, la chaleur à l'intérieur est insoutenable. Nourriture moyenne. Annonces d'activité sont trompeuses : le paddle et pédalo ne sont que sur un petit plan d'eau sur le site de l'hôtel, aucun accès au lac possible; le tour en bâteau a été annulé au dernier moment. Très loin de tout, ce qui rend la déception encore plus grande vis à vis des annonces d'activités ou de la présence d'une salle de gym.
