I recently had the pleasure of staying at Uday Backwater Resort, and it was an experience we will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for our entire visit. The restaurant staff truly deserves special mention. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made dining a delight. They were always ready with a smile, ensuring that every meal was not just satisfying but also memorable. The restaurant itself was beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the backwaters that enhanced our dining experience. The buffet was a culinary feast! With a diverse selection of dishes, each meal was a new adventure for our taste buds. From local delicacies to international favorites, everything was fresh and delicious, and there was something for everyone in the family. Equally impressive were the Ayurvedic spa treatments. The spa services were rejuvenating and tailored to our needs, providing us with a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The skilled therapists were knowledgeable and made sure we felt completely relaxed and revitalized. Overall, Uday Backwater Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Breakfast. Limited Ala carte options, no buffet available as they told us limited guests had checked in that day.

The bedroom and view

Very remote, cannot walk anywhere. Restaurant had an extensive menu, but everything we asked for was not available. People in swimming pools fully clothed and removing outer clothing and chucking on the side of the pool. Although we paid for 5 nights, we left after two!
