Formal Complaint and Refund Request – Solana A 3BHK Escape with Sunlit Lawn, Jaipur (14–15 February)

Dear Booking.com Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Solana A 3BHK Escape with Sunlit Lawn, located at Hari Marg, Civil Lines, Jaipur, booked through your platform for 14th–15th February.
The experience was extremely disappointing, stressful, and unprofessional.
On 14th February, I reached the property at 2:00 PM with my family (6 adults and 2 children). I met Mr. Aditya, who informed us that the existing guests would check out within 30 minutes and that the property would be cleaned before being handed over. However, we were made to wait nearly 3 hours, and even then, the property was handed over without proper cleaning. We had to call at least five times before cleaning was finally done.
Although the property listed a kitchen facility, when we requested a pressure cooker and basic crockery, we were refused. The admin stated that these items were not available. When I questioned why the kitchen was listed without essential items, instead of resolving the issue, I was told to “correct my tone.” Eventually, I had to purchase a pressure cooker myself.
On 15th February, after returning at 11:00 PM from Khatu Shyam Ji, we were suddenly informed of an electricity issue and were told to shift to another property immediately. At 11:00 PM, with children and luggage, we were forced to pack and relocate. This caused serious inconvenience and mental stress to my family.
The following day, the admin demanded hidden charges without any proper explanation or logic. His behavior throughout the stay was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the cleanliness was unacceptable — dirty items and garbage were found under the beds, making it unsuitable for a family stay.
This entire experience resulted in mental harassment, inconvenience, and additional financial burden. I request a full refund for this booking and strict action against the property for misrepresentation, poor hygiene, hidden charges, and unprofessional conduct.
