It features two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with a trundle bed. Your private kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pod machine, kettle, raclette set, and electric plancha. Other amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, washing machine, drying rack, electric dryer, iron, and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.



You can enjoy a private, uncovered terrace of 30 m². The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to oyster farms and birdwatching sites. A barbecue and gas plancha are available in the garden below, as well as a storage area for bicycles and motorcycles.



Parking is shared and includes one secure private spot. Pets are not allowed, even though there are animals on the property. Parties are not permitted. Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and check-out is possible until 11 a.m. Public transport is within walking distance.



The town center with all amenities is 2 km away, as is Ronce-les-Bains, near beaches and cycle paths in a peaceful environment. An optional package is available for an additional fee.
