A separate toilet on the ground floor makes daily life easier before heading upstairs to the sleeping area.
The first bedroom features a 160 cm bed, a flat-screen TV, and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two 90 cm beds, also with a flat-screen TV and a chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with a toilet. The landing offers plenty of storage. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, this accommodation provides everything you need for a memorable stay.

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
