CHARMING HOUSE UNDER THE PINES of 70 m2 with 3 bedroom veranda (sleeps 6) located in Ronce-les-Bains.
Villa completely renovated in 2021 with parking for several cars.
IDEALLY LOCATED at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a very quiet area 800 m from one of the many beaches of Ronce les Bains. Shady and fenced garden of 400 m² not overlooked. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi.
No need to take the car during your stay, EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE BY BIKE OR ON FOOT!
Slipway (free) 5 minutes away, pier and boat rental, jets etc. TO VISIT/WALK: the Canal de la Grève in La Tremblade, the magnificent beaches, La Palmyre Zoo, Fort Boyard, La Coubre lighthouse, Mornac sur seudre, oyster city in Marennes, Île d'Oléron, Ile de Ré, Royan, Rochefort/Mer... Hiking or cycling through the forest of La Coubre and along the wild coast.
Big funfair "Luna Park" all summer long.

Nous vous avons passez d'excellentes vacances la maison était très propre et très bien décorée le barbecue et bien pratique pour faire de la bonne cuisine nous avons souvent mangé dehors dans le jardin par derrière la propriété nous sommes prêt à revenir

Très belle maison bien située au calme mais proche du centre de Ronce-les-Bains. La maison est fonctionnelle et d'une propreté irréprochable. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, disponibles et de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Maison très agréable dans un quartier calme. très bien situé pour profiter en vélo ou à pied du centre ville, de la plage et des pistes cyclables.
Le logement est décoré avec soin et très propre.
L'hôte est facilement joignable, et nous a gentiment mis à disposition les équipements bébé.
