Welcome to "Three Zero One" Palm Springs. We have the best pool-side Mountain View! Midcentury modern and awe-inspiring! Featuring a huge open-concept living space with copious amounts of natural light, an entertainer's kitchen, 3 classic and elegant mid-century bedrooms, dining room, outdoor dining, stunning fireplace, billiard table, and pool! Glamorous, elegant, and bright! A corner lot that provides all the space and privacy needed for groups up to 6.

Less than a mile from downtown, "Three Zero One" is a grand and elegant home on a corner lot featuring total privacy! The view from the pool of the surrounding mountain is breathtaking. We offer 3 classic mid century bedrooms with memory foam mattresses: the Pineapple Suite w/ king bed and double french doors to the pool, the Orange Room w/ king bed and double french doors to the pool, and the Yellow Room w/ two twin beds. Three Zero One has the perfect indoor-outdoor style featuring a brilliantly blue billiard table and 2,400 sqft of open air living space certain not to cramp your style or you and your guests. The grand living room centers on a large hearth framed magnificent aqua glass gas fireplace. The newly remodeled kitchen is bold and classy with a touch of yellow. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, payment of hotel taxes, no outdoor music permitted, insuring renters are over the age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick AirBnB booking process, and we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property well worth it! Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in one of Palm Springs most historic and prestigious communities. "The Mesa" features the home of Suzanne Somers and former homes of Sunny and Cher, Clark Gable, Barry Manilow, Natalie Wood, and Robert Wagner.
Less than a mile from down town Palm Springs, enjoy an easy walk to world famous restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
The pool is NOW HEATED! During colder months the pool temperature is maintained at 72 degrees. Any request for pool heating above 72 degrees will require a $100 a day upgrade (max 85 degrees).
Requests for an early check-in or a late check-out will not be accepted. The home is cleaned by a professional cleaning service. The cleaning service handle several vacation rentals in the area and cannot accommodate a change in their cleaning schedule.
We do not allow pets on the property. Although we love pets, some of our guests have pet allergies which requires a major cleaning of the home. If you bring a pet without our knowledge, please note that you may be asked to leave and there will be a $500 charge.
In addition there will be no smoking on the property. If you smoke on the property, anywhere inside the gate or fence, please note that you may be asked to leave and there will be a $500 charge.
The City of Palm Springs does not allow outside amplified noise at anytime and zero noise beyond the property line after 10 PM
