The Space:
Wow - this stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath Mid-Century Modern Palm Springs home is the perfect place to have the quintessential, memorable indoor-outdoor Palm Springs vacay experience.
Sitting on a prime lot with a view of Mt San Jacinto on one side and picture-perfect Indian Canyon Fairway views on the other, this completely remodeled 2,900 sq ft home will live up to your expectations and then some. Play in the picture-perfect backyard with heated pool and bubbly spa. Like the inside, the outside is stylishly furnished for comfortable, modern living and dining. Grill your meals on the large BBQ grill with in-line natural gas hookup - who wants to run out of propane in the middle of grilling?!
The main living area of the house offers an exciting open floor plan that encompasses a large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and expansive backyard with commanding views of the mountains.
The living room is modern yet comfortable and features a dramatic outlook to the pool and mountain view. Comfortable seating can accommodate 7-8. A player piano adds interest and connects the living room to the magnificent golf course views. Sunshine pours into the entire area bathing them in natural light.
The sunny kitchen features gourmet stainless steel appliances. The spacious King Master Suite features large walk-in closet, bright, all new en suite bath with double sink vanity, and walk-in 2 person shower. There's a 60'' TV and sliding glass doors to the backyard.
The second large King Master Suite with sofa seating area, en suite bath, 60” TV, walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door to the backyard.
Bedroom three has queen bed and en suite bath with an extra door to the hall so this bath easily functions as the shared bath with the 4th bedroom.
The fourth bedroom has a luxury queen bed, and a nice desk/work area.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a taxable $150 Per Dog Fee. Limit 2. This fee can be added after you book. Official Service Dogs need to be disclosed in advance.

Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during their stay (instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee). An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.

Lovely, well appointed rental. Great location on the golf course; for walking and close to downtown and stores for provisions. Kitchen was well equipped for the chefs in our group. Pool and Spa were clean and at the temp we paid for. Pet Friendly a must for us! Hope to stay here again when in PS.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairway Luxe. The home is a beautifully designed mid-century retreat with an outdoor space that really stands out. The pool, natural gas BBQ, and fire pit made it easy to spend most of our time outside, and everything was set up for both relaxation and entertaining.Inside and out, the property was meticulously cared for, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and welcoming. You can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining the home. The property management team was extremely communicative and made the entire stay a breeze.Overall, Fairway Luxe delivered on every front with style, comfort, and amenities. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
