About this house rental
This midcentury new home has a fantastic atmosphere of a true vacation get away. With large windows and light filled rooms everywhere. Brand newly remodeled and very modern and stylish. It features the most amazing unobstructed 360 degree views of the golf course, land escaping and mountain views on both sides.3 bedrooms and 2 bath with and additional outdoor shower, Jacuzzi tub in master bath, rain shower dome, full amenities in kitchen, fireplace, laundry room, 1 car garage, private saltwater pool and outdoor jacuzzi, large new BBQ island, outdoor ceiling fans and outdoor speakers, 4 flat screen hd tv's in all rooms, 2 sectionals in living room, so the entire group can hang out comfortably. In door and out door dining for 8 guests. A stationary bike, internet, cable tv, scanner and fax machine, dishwasher, stove gas cook top, microwave, outdoor bar, plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and sitting areas. Karaoke machine for big screen Tv for family entertaining. Stereo and DVD, 3 king size beds with luxury linen and plenty of fluffy full set towels in all bathrooms. The kitchen is bright and spacious an extra large, sleek, cesar-stone kitchen Island with bar chairs. All floors throughout the house are a beautiful white glossy porcelain tile, which helps maintain the coolness and a nice flow throughout the house. Gorgeous ceiling fans in the living, dining and 3 bedroom provide a nice air flow. For outdoor lounging and dining we have beautiful outdoor dining sets and lounge chairs, with outdoor speakers and 3 outdoor ceiling fans, which make it very comfortable to rest and eat outdoors, even during the hot summer time.

5 minutes drive to town, smoke tree shopping area and mountain hiking trails.

We had a great week at this home. We ate dinner outside on the patio every night and really enjoyed the pool. The golf course is right next to the house so the yard is not overly private when there are golfers on the course but it isn't very busy. There are great hiking trails nearby. Only suggestion would be an informational welcome sheet outlining when the gardener and pool maintenance people were coming along with an explanation of which remote operates what, how to turn on fans etc. I would stay here again :-)

We recently rented this house for a family vacation. The house is perfect for indoor/outdoor living. The pool and hot tub were great and the house backs up to the Indian Canyon golf course which was unfortunately closed due to the rain when we were there, but the course looked great. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is connected to the living room which was easy for everyone to be together. Tom, who is the property manager was great to deal with. He was very responsive, but not intrusive, and he provided great recommendations for restaurants and area knowledge. The house is centrally located, just an easy seven minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. If you are looking to spend time in Palm Springs, this house is a great choice.

Susanne & Tom were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with! We found the house immaculate! no dust, no dirt, no insects, clean pool, spacious living area and bedrooms, etc.. stunning lawn with beautiful citrus trees in full bloom! We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back! Thank you for making our mini vacation so pleasant!

We can not say enough good things about our stay at Villa Blanca. Everything was beautiful and just as described. Tom was a true gem. Location is very central but on a quiet street. Views where amazing. Check in and out very easy. We will definitely come back.
