We ended up at the Bond House as a result of an issue upon check in at the house we originally booked. We arrived to find the maintenance crew in the house working on the water heater. We reached out to Altamira and within an hour and a half they had us checked into the Bond house as an alternative. It was unfortunate that we arrived at the the house to find an issue and had to reach out rather than proactively notified, however once we got in touch with Altamira, Lars and Michael found us two rentals with the same specs as the house we booked to choose from and got the house ready quickly. We greatly appreciated their efficiency in getting us into a house after the long trip from the East Coast. If you have the opportunity to book your Palm Springs rental with Altamira Vacation Rentals we highly recommend it and if we return to the area will rent with them.The Bond House is an exceptional rental. It was clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glassware - inside and outside sets of everything. The kitchen had spices and condiments as well. Coffee drinkers - a Keurig with the option for pot brewed or k-cups is available! The sheets were clean and the towels fluffy and abundant. The toilet paper and paper towels were quality, IYKYK. Plenty of hangers and closet space and hairdryer, ironing board and iron available and in good shape. We spent hours every day in the pool and hot tub. There was an issue with the hot tub on the first night, but Lars had someone over to fix it the next morning and no further issues. A couple things to note that I would want to know if considering this rental: the bedrooms are bright in the mornings. Each room has big windows/sliding doors with shades but not room darkening. The house is on a fairly main road so there is a bit of traffic noise. The thermostat is locked and cannot cool lower than 72 and the bedrooms seemed warmer than that during the night. There is a Tesla charging station

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Bond House! We especially enjoyed the pool and patio area with a beautiful view of the mountains. The house was spotless with a great kitchen and family room. The house is conveniently located close to downtown Palm Springs and many hiking trails. The property management company was excellent. We highly recommend the Bond House and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bond House. It is very well decorated/designed (one of the better out of many places we’ve stayed), the kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the pool area was comfortable (we were often floating). The only asterisk is that the A/C is limited to 72, which was tough for sleeping, so we bought a few fans for the house. Hopefully they’re still there on the next visit!Altamira, the property management company, were great: easy communications, friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bond House and highly recommend it. The house is very well laid out, with a large primary suite, and a secondary suite with two separate bedrooms and baths. The pool and hot spa at one end are excellent and refreshing. They are nicely heated for January weather (which we paid an extra fee for). The house is well laid out for guests. We had a couple visit for a few days, and also a separate couple with a 2 year old visit for a few days. The separate suite made it comfortable for both of us, and quiet. TVs are modern, large and have all the streaming channels. Kitchen is well laid out and nicely supplied with basics, spices, and loads of dishes and cooking supplies. The neighborhood is very quiet, and most restaurants are within 10 minutes drive, and hiking within 10-30 minute drive. Will certainly come back.
