- Located In Kings Point HOA Community, where you have additional access to clubhouse, 2 community pools & 4 Tennis courts.
- Please note: Outdoor amplified sound is not permitted per city ordinance.
- Weekly pool maintenance on Tuesdays & Fridays to ensure that everything remains pristine.
- Pool Heating fee may be added for $75.00 per day October 1 - May 31.
- Trash pick up every Friday.
- VRBO cancellations will have a minimum of a 5% cancellation fee.
- Pet Fee of $200 per pet. Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee.
- $75 Damage Waiver Fee charged to every reservation.

Indian Canyons Oasis is a beautiful property on the Indian Canyons north course. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. There's very little traffic, so walking our dog was a pleasure.The house is beautiful...open and sunny, and the pool and spa are great. It was fun to watch the golfers going by from the patio.Andrew, our host, was so helpful, accommodating, and easy to contact for the few questions we had.We would highly recommend this property for a fun and seamless vacation.

This home is absolutely stunning, and far exceeded our expectations. Photos don't do it justice, and we were impressed from the moment we stepped inside. The home's architecture is a beautiful example of midcentury modern with volume ceilings and windows in every direction. The west-facing mountain view is particularly spectacular! The home is quite spacious with three large bedrooms, each with an en suite bath. It has a modern kitchen and the entire home is beautifully furnished with 1960's inspired decor. We thoroughly enjoyed the private swimming pool which appeared to be a new addition. It was a welcome relief from the desert heat. Overall I'd have to say this is one of the nicest homes we've ever rented and perfect for a Palm Springs retreat.
