Enjoy a different atmosphere in our vacation apartment than you would in a residential area; here you’ll find unspoiled nature (the “Baumberge” forest area) right on your doorstep.
The vacation rental was furnished in 2005 and measures 70 square meters.
Rooms: living room, bedroom
(2 beds, each 100 x 200 cm), "Upkammer" (living area with a 165 x 200 cm sofa bed), well-equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and guest restroom.
Patio, parking space, and shed. The following are provided:
4 women’s bicycles, folding chairs, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a grill.
Hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided.
Non-smoking apartment; Dogs allowed upon request (no use of upholstered furniture or beds)
Price per night: Average price €49.00 for 2 people
for a minimum of 5 nights; Stays of fewer than
5 nights are only possible in exceptional cases (e.g., for regular guests).

+ No “same-day check-in/check-out” allowed on the day of arrival or departure (at least 2 days in between for the host to clean the vacation rental)
+ For more than 2 people, we charge €7.50 per day per person
+ Dogs are allowed, but they are not permitted on upholstered furniture or in beds; please vacuum before check-out
+ Smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a “non-smoking apartment”
+ No rentals to repairmen or tradespeople
+ Children under 6 years of age can stay for free

Havixbeck is located at the foot of the “Baumbergeand Nature Reserve" in the heart of the Münsterland region. The "Münsterland Park Landscape" offers numerous recreational opportunities such as biking, hiking, or visiting the castles and moated castles along the "100 Castles Route."
The Westphalian metropolis of Münster, with over 300.000 residents, was honored as the "most livable city in the world" (LivCom Award 2004), is only 20 km away and easily accessible by train
(19-minute ride); bicycles can be transported on local trains.
Havixbeck offers a wide variety of dining options in the town center and the surrounding area.
Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, etc.) and bakeries are located about 2 km away in the center of Havixbeck.

You can reach Havixbeck by train, bus, or car. If traveling by car, please note the following:

Take the "Münster Nord" exit on the A1 or the "Senden/Havixbeck" exit on the A43:
In Havixbeck, drive past the "Haus Havixbeck" water castle on the L874 toward Nottuln (Longinus Tower).
After crossing the railroad crossing, our “white” house is located about 1.1 km down the road on the right; Look for the “Lasbeck 36” sign on the L874.

From the outskirts of Nottuln, take the L874 toward Havixbeck; approx. 5 km.
At the former “Marienhof” hotel, continue toward Havixbeck; after approx. 700 m, Lasbeck 36 is on the left

so you can explore the “Münsterland Biking Paradise” and the “Baumberge Recreation and Nature Reserve.” In addition, you’ll find maps of the area and information about our attractions in Münster and the surrounding region (castles, moated castles, etc.) available for your use; I refer to this as the “Information Center” when speaking with guests.
