About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the outdoor area amidst the Münsterland parkland about 3 km from the center of Osterwick - an ideal starting point for your bike rides or for sporting activities such as Nordic walking, inline skating, horseback riding.
On 100 square meters, a wellness oasis has emerged in the upper floor, in which up to 5 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day with countless impressions of the Baumberg region, the western Münsterland or the city tours with cultural experiences and shopping (Münster, Oberhausen or the Dutch Enschede can be reached in 30 minutes) you can in the large living room on our leather seating with a novel or a good movie relax (satellite TV) or share your experiences with friends via the Internet (W-LAN).
Or enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the terrace.
If you like to cook, this will be a breeze. From ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher to the coffee maker, everything is there to serve a delightful breakfast, lunch or dinner in the living room dining area.
Save time in the morning in the spacious bathroom (bath and shower), especially if you are traveling with 5 people. Through a separate guest toilet there are no waiting times.
Their children romp around on the swing, the slide or the trampoline and use the children's vehicles.
You can park your bicycles in our garage and charge your e-bike here.
Our apartment is suitable for tourists, professional travelers and mechanics.

Uns hat es auf dem ruhig gelegenen Hof von Familie Belker sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell. Auch von der Ausstattung her hat es uns mit unseren kleinen Kindern an nichts gefehlt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

wunderschöne ruhige, sehr ländliche Umgebung. Der morgendliche Weckruf des Hahns passte nicht ganz zum Tagesablauf, er konnte ja nichts dafür!

Alles in allem ein toller Ferienhof, den die B-Note ziemlich nach unten gerissen hat:
- Absolut versiffte Küchenschränke
- alles Besteck und Geschirr musste erst gereinigt werden (einiges war nur mit Kraftaufwand von den Schubladen zu trennen)
- benutzte Gläser und Teller mitten zwischen "sauberen"
- Tür- und Schubladengriffe waren ziemlich klebrig.
- Die Schwiegermutter, die die Schlüsselübergabe machen sollte, wusste von nichts (gab aber freundlich und direkt den Schlüssel ab), die Vermieterin war im Urlaub und der Neffe, der sich kümmern sollte, war erst Abends da.
- Der Hofhund hat 24/7 gebellt und gekläfft (und durfte nicht raus..)
Der Hof an sich ist allerdings toll und auch die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Wird die Sauberkeit in Angriff genommen, kann hier tadeloser Urlaub gemacht werden.
So blieben gemischte Gefühle...
Vielleicht haben andere mehr Glück.
