From first booking to final contact it was excellent for a non German speaking visitor. The accommodation gave us everything we could have asked for. On arrival we were made to feel welcome. We were staying there to visit the Spiel fair in Essen and it worked really we for us. On arrival I was so impressed I send pictures to my wife of the property and location, have now promised to take her there. Great place to stay and would recommend.
