The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed along with a dresser and TV. The guest bedroom offers two double beds, giving flexibility for families or friends traveling together. A loft with a futon adds an extra spot for reading or quiet relaxation.

The screened porch is a highlight, offering peaceful marsh views framed by gently swaying palms. It’s an inviting place to start your day or wind down in the evening. This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
