The primary bedroom features a King bed along with a dresser and TV, offering a restful place to settle in after a day by the water. The guest bedroom includes two Double beds suited for friends or family traveling together. A loft area with a futon provides a quiet nook that works well for reading or relaxing.

The open living area brings together comfortable seating and natural light, creating an inviting space to spend time indoors. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating help maintain comfort throughout the year, while the TV and Wifi offer easy ways to relax or stay connected. This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
