Communal parking area for guests or additional parking needs is located directly outside and across the road from the condo. Access to Sawgrass Country Club membership may be available- please inquire for more information. Some amenities may not be available without the purchase of temporary membership to Sawgrass Country Club. Community amenities for guests not purchasing membership to Sawgrass Country Club include community pool, community playground and walk-in beach access. Short walk or bike ride to the beach.  Close to shopping and fine dining. Available as a short term furnished rental by the month from June- September. Owner may consider a rental beginning in May on occasion. Owner may consider a weekly rental, but approval is required. 3/26/2020: Deer run is getting a facelift. Construction has already begun. Owner is willing to negotiate a concession on monthly rent if construction occurs in their building or on either one of the buildings directly to the left or right of their unit during your stay.
