Property was clean, supplied dishes and towels including beach toys and child safe dishes. Close to the beach, gated community so it felt safe, not too far from stores and such and only about 40 minutes down the A1A to Saint Augustine , hope to book again !

We had an awesome getaway from the cold weather up north. Sea and Sand had everything we needed - great walks in a gated community, close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Everyone is so friendly and we can't wait to get back! The home had everything we needed from a rental and clean.
