This property is conveniently located 5 minutes walking distance to the one World Trade Center, and very close to the subway station! The unit was clean, comfortable, family-friendly and spacious and kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here! The hosts are communicative and prompt in their replies!

The property was exactly as described. It is a very large apartment for NY & is in a very convenient location. Very nice, very clean, host is extremely communicative & accomodating. We will be staying here again.

This is a spacious, modern 3 bedroom property in an excellent location. It is comfortable and bright. It is across the street from a subway station, and is surrounded by stores and restaurants, including a pizza place that is quite good and a Starbucks across the street. The setup has some glitches, including a shower/bath where the water escapes to the surrounding floor, and poor lighting in the master bedroom and bathroom. We also had a fruit fly issue, mainly in the kitchen that was not resolved during our stay, despite texts to the property manager. Overall, this property worked nicely but not seamlessly for our family.
