Best location with access to so many trains. Really helpful service. Is just as the photos describe. Great kitchen. Could do with a few things fixed (broken doors/shelves), but for NYC the value was perfect and so on point. Oh! Also great warm water/shower pressure and warm in a surprisingly cold March! Thank you.

Great for our family of four (two adults two teenagers)! Everyone had their own space, and two full bathrooms is always a welcome luxury. Condition of the bathrooms is good not great but completely acceptable for our needs. There are plenty of grocery or convenience stores (including a CVS) within seconds of the apartment, so we were able to stock up on basic provisions like coffee, tea, snacks, etc. (only one of the three sinks had any hand soap). The decor is minimalist but comfortable - beds and couch served their purposes! The location is excellent, just down the block from the subway, directly above a delicious pizza shop, and around the block from at least two amazing bagel shops (Apollo Bagel is incredible). Aside from some necessary cosmetic fixes to the bathrooms, it is a perfect Lower Manhattan/FiDi 3bd/2ba and we will absolutely look to stay again.

We loved our stay! Location is phenomenal right next to Joe’s pizza, Starbucks and the subway along with walking distance to many great places including Wall Street, 9/11 Memorial and more! Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Host had great communication. Greatly appreciated the hospitality and would return!
