About this apartment rental
Set around a beautiful shared interior courtyard, guests can enjoy peaceful moments outdoors, whether it’s a quiet morning coffee or an alfresco drink after a day of exploring. When rented together, the three apartments form a spacious 165 m² private retreat that accommodates up to 17 guests. With flexible sleeping arrangements, mezzanine spaces ideal for younger guests, and multiple living areas, the home is perfectly suited for large group stays.
Bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed, the property is divided into three private units, all reserved exclusively for your group. Each apartment has its own character, while together they create a welcoming and functional base in the center of Paris.
Apartment 1 offers a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with two single beds (with low ceiling heights ideal for children or teenagers), a full bathroom, and a kitchen area.
Apartment 2 includes two bedrooms each with a double bed, two mezzanines—one with two single beds and another with three single beds—both with low ceiling heights, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and cinema screen, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a separate guest toilet, and a kitchen area.
Apartment 3 features a bedroom with a double bed and its own full bathroom.
Across the three units, guests have access to seven sleeping areas, three full bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, offering privacy and comfort for everyone in the group.
Several thoughtful amenities enhance the stay, including step-free access, wide clearances suitable for wheelchairs, AC mini-splits in common areas and bedrooms, fans in every room, generous closet space, and a well-equipped open kitchen in the main apartment. A laptop-friendly workspace with great natural light is ideal for remote work. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and the property is professionally cleaned before each arrival. A baby crib and high chair can be arranged upon request, and paid parking is available within walking distance.
The central location may bring some typical city buzz, but it also offers unbeatable access to public transport, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, nightlife, landmarks, and museums. Everything you need to enjoy Paris is right outside your door.
The neighborhood around Place de la République and Canal Saint-Martin is one of the city’s most dynamic and creative areas. Known for its trendy, artistic atmosphere, it blends authentic Parisian grit with modern cool. Here you’ll find stylish bars, independent boutiques, design shops, and multicultural eateries. Popular spots such as the lively restaurants of Cour des Petites Écuries, the vibrant nightlife of Rue Oberkampf, and the iconic Le Comptoir Général are all within easy reach. The canal itself is lined with cafés, footbridges, and leafy paths that invite you to explore.
