Great Apartment, Great Location.

The property was big and spacious, we were 11 girls celebrating a birthday. The apartment was clean and there are a lot of equipments. Most room have an en suite which was very useful for such group. Great location, close to Eurostar and easy to get around. There are lots of famous eating spots, close to metro and a great place.

the key pick up was not the best-but once you know where it is. Its fine and easy to get to.

Horrible

Our stay was terrible. The cleaning of the house finished 1 hour after check-in time. The house was very dirty anyway. Some of the chairs and other furniture were broken. On the first night of our stay there, the electricity was cut off. The host offered us the option of 2 other apartments far from each other and did not offer us the option of transportation even though we were with small children and late at night. The repair of the electrical defect kept us locked in the house the next day waiting for the electrician, preventing us from going out to explore the city. On the day of check-out, the point that we were notified to leave the keys was closed. The host's failure to answer the phone also risked missing our flight.

la chiave digitale non ha funzionato siamo rimasti fuori x oltre un'ora finché un condominio ci ha aperto e loro non hanno risposto al telefono forse perché era oltre mezzanotte poi si sono giustificati dicendo che il numero di 24 ore stava in un link che sinceramente non era facile da capire dov'era
