Cozy vacation rental in Sankt Andreasberg in the Upper Harz region, featuring a stunning 180-degree panoramic view of the Harz Mountains from the large, covered south-facing balcony. Hiking trails right outside the front door. Quietly located and within walking distance of the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg ski and mountain bike arena, as well as restaurants and shopping. Private parking space right next to the house. Lockable ski storage room, also suitable for mountain bikes. With 55 m² of living space, the apartment is ideal for couples but can accommodate up to three people.
The spacious living area features a cozy sitting area, a dining area, and a fold-out bed that can accommodate a third person.
The spacious entryway with a coat rack is separated from the living room by a large glass partition.
The bedroom features a 1.80-meter double bed and a spacious built-in closet.
The new open-concept kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay.
With two sinks, the bathroom offers plenty of space for those busy mornings when several people need to use the bathroom at the same time. The toilet is conveniently located in a separate guest bathroom.
The absolute highlight is the large, covered south-facing balcony. From here, you’ll enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Harz Mountains and can watch beautiful sunsets.
The Glockenberg vacation rental includes a private parking space on the property. You can securely store skis, sleds, or mountain bikes in the designated room next to the underground parking garage. A drying room for wet clothing is also available one floor above the vacation apartment.
PRICING INFORMATION
A one-time, non-refundable final cleaning fee of 60 € applies.
An optional linens package costs an additional 15 per person (including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels). You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels.
One dog is welcome, with the exception of puppies and dogs on the dangerous breeds list. It goes without saying that the dog must be house-trained, well-behaved, and not allowed on furniture or beds.
