Cocoonr offers this charming 43 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 43 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room (with shower and WC)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 53 m² terrace, facing north-west, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather and sea and mountain views.
The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Beaches and water sports
- Visit Ajaccio
- Boat trips
- Tasting the local gastronomy
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one numbered space).

- Nearest port: Port de Plaisance et de Pêche Tino Rossi, about 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, about 10 km away
