Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A bright living-dining room with a double sofa bed, connected flat screen TV, a raised table with 4 seats as well as a large bay window giving access to a large balcony.
- A branded kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine (capsules offered on arrival), etc.
Sleeping area:
- A spacious bedroom fitted with a queen-size bed, connected flat-screen TV, and a shower room area with an Italian shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer (toiletries offered on arrival).
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A large private wooden terrace of 30 m², facing north-west, with an unobstructed view of the bay of Ajaccio and its sunsets over the Iles Sanguinaires! It is nicely planted with trees and equipped with garden furniture, a sofa, a deckchair, a Weber barbecue, a lamp and a bluetooth speaker for pleasant evenings facing the sea!
- A splendid garden, not closed, shared with flowers and in the shade of palm trees, of about 170 m², shared with the other residents.
