About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Grosseto Prugna, this charming air-conditioned apartment less than a kilometer from the beach, with an area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 35 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of about 200 m². Sheets and towels in supplement, we wait for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 35 m² with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed, armchair and dining area
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort : washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture to take your meals in the open air
- A private and closed garden of about 200 m², with trees and deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful days.
The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, on the shores of the Gulf of Ajaccio, in the town of Porticcio, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Discover the essential places of Corsica : The Sanguinaires Islands, the cliffs of Bonifacio...
- Take advantage of the various nautical activities offered by the Island of Beauty, diving, kite-surfing, sailing, boat trips...

- You will be able to park directly on the parking space reserved for the apartment.
- Nearest train station : Ajaccio (20 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport : Ajaccio (16 minutes by car)
Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Animals accepted for free. Only one animal is accepted per stay.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Rate 15€/person.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
