It comprises a 15 m² living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom and sleeping area, shower room and 80 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed.
Outside:
- A private, enclosed 80 m² garden to make the most of fine weather
- A 20 m² terrace, facing east and west, with sheltered dining area
- A second terrace of 25 m², facing east and west, with sun loungers and parasol
The house is ideally located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Walking or cycling in the marshes, forest or towards the beach
- Relaxation at Plage des Dames, Plage de l'Anse Rouge or Plage de la Luzéronde
- Tasting local produce
- Discover the salt marshes
