About this bed and breakfast
Indulge in our spacious suite, featuring a handcrafted king bed, luxury finishes and breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán as well as lush gardens. Wake up and enjoy stunning vistas from the comfort of your bed, while the floating staircase adds a touch of magic, immersing you in a tranquil cloud forest atmosphere. With shared access to the pool, private dock, gardens, and outdoor kitchens, you’ll find the perfect setting for serenity and indulgence.
We ask that all guests thoroughly clean up after themselves when they are finished using the common places.
Quiet time begins at 10PM. For guests safety and security we do not not permit anyone to swim in the pool, or go down to the lake front gardens after 10PM. Please let one of your hosts know if you are planning on arriving/returning back to the property after 10PM as the main gates will be locked, however you will also be provided with a key.
The common areas are shared spaces, so we ask that guests refrain from loud activities after 10PM.

We absolutely loved our stay at Guatemala Dreams. Our hosts Jonty and Kimberly are exceptional. They went above and beyond meeting our needs. Even giving us a zuccini when the market we walked to was closed and we still wanted to cook on the deck. They also arranged a hike for us with our lovely guide, Chico, to see ancient Mayan ruins. driver to get us back to the airport via a tstop at some more ruins.The hot tub and sauna were wonderful and picturesque. We also took out the kayaks for an early morni float. Breakfast on the deck was so peaceful. I
