The location and the view

The maintenance, the water in at least two of 5 rooms did not flush properly

for the view, location was fantastic......but the room itself was very small, which would be fine if it was quiet. But the wall to next door was like paper, i could hear the conversations.

But the wall to next door was like paper, i could hear the conversations.... if you have a car it is better than depending on transport since it is roughly a half hour walk to Panajachel and a good long walk to any eating place. Honestly, i stayed at the other Hanna Resort in Pana, which was far less luxurious but far more comfy....the rooms are basically priced the same but those are much bigger and more comfortable although the view is not as great, but you want a comfortable room more so than a view, since that can be had anywhere around the lake
