The cabin includes a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs, a cozy two-sided fireplace, a game room in the loft, a relaxing hot tub, a grill, breathtaking mountain views and much more! There are 3 bedrooms and plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax! Located just a short drive away from the excitement of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the stunning Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

The open layout flows right into the fully equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking meals indoors or grilling outside for a casual picnic on the deck. You’ll also have a convenient washer and dryer plus free Wi-Fi throughout the cabin.
The main level features a comfortable queen bedroom, while the second level offers two additional queen bedrooms for plenty of space to spread out. Upstairs, the oversized loft includes a fun selection of games for everyone to enjoy!
Step outside and unwind in the bubbling hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill, and take in the rejuvenating mountain air. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee among the treetops or winding down with local wine after a day of adventure, Treetop Oasis is the perfect base for a memorable Smoky Mountain getaway.

Parking for maximum of 3 vehicles. The roads to get to the resort are not steep. The cabin is up a few steeper mountain roads inside the resort, but the driveway is flat and paved.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!
*If you have a group larger than 8, we have several other properties located in the same resort that may also be available.

BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.
*There is a strict no-pet policy.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
