You have a fully equipped kitchen to make family meals and a wonderful space for you and your family to be comfortable. You have a convenient laundry room right off the kitchen. On the main floor you have the first of two (2) master bedrooms in this two-story condominium. Your 1st floor master has a full three (3) piece ensuite bath off of the living room. On the second floor you have the 2nd master bedroom with a full three (3) piece ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Across the hall you have a guest bedroom and a full three (3) piece hall bath.
The Pinnacle Port community is a hidden gem located within the gates of Carillon Beach, an upscale area with large homes, shops, and restaurants, this resort is only a few miles from 30A to the west and a few miles from Pier Park shopping to the east. Sit back and relax on the private uncrowded beach, stroll along the manicured landscaped streets, enjoy some fishing and kayaking on Lake Powell (Florida's largest coastal dune lake), or make a splash in one of our two pools, complete with a poolside cafe and family movie nights in the summer.
