About this cottage rental
Holiday cottage with a maximum capacity of 15 people, security nearby.
Located 8km from Le Mans and 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, in the heart of the countryside with no neighbors, we offer a 3-star rated holiday cottage (small farmhouse) for rent, ideal for family or friends gatherings with a maximum of 14 people (adults and children). Stays are available for a minimum of 2 nights (weekend, extended weekend, week, etc.).
The price includes water, firewood for the fireplace (if needed), cleaning supplies, and electricity. A cleaning fee of €100 is charged. This is not optional; no cleaning is required upon departure. Optional: Bed linen provided with beds made upon arrival at the cottage for €15 per bed.
Optional: Towels provided for €5 per person.

A kitchen with access to the terrace, equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle.
A shower room with a walk-in shower and a towel warmer.
A toilet with a washbasin and a towel warmer.
A utility room with a second refrigerator, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a high chair.
A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and access to the terrace.
Upstairs:
A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and two single beds (90x190cm).
A bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm).
A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and two single beds (90x190cm).

Approximately 25 km of hiking trails nearby. The cottage was part of a family farmhouse that we renovated in 2010/12. We believe the building dates back to the 17th century and perhaps even earlier. It is built of Roussard stone, which was quarried from a site that was right next to the cottage (now a grove).
The cottage is located at the end of a dead-end road and 1.9 km from the village center.
The nearest neighbor is 500 m away; otherwise, you'll hear cows grazing between April and November. In the village, you'll find a bakery, a restaurant, a bar/tobacconist, a pharmacy, a medical center, and a U Express supermarket.
You will always be welcomed upon your arrival at the gîte.
