Access to the mill is via an Eiffel bridge. The mill has 2 wheels. The machinery of one of the mills is entirely preserved with its two pairs of flour millstones. The frame is visible with its huge beams (50 * 50). The ceiling height is 3.10 on the ground floor, 2.80 M on the 1st floor. The attic on the 2nd floor is furnished and lit by seated dogs. The mill is a little paradise for water birds (Heron, duck, Kingfisher, Coot, cormorant, ...). The big trees shelter squirrels, woodpeckers .... The fish-filled river provides pike, perch, eel, chub, carp, roach, studs and a few more trout. You are surrounded by nature and yet a few minutes from the city of Le Mans and many possibilities for outings with family or friends. Among this one, at 5 minutes you have the Arch of nature with its farm, its forest house, its orchard and its working mill. The PAPEA amusement park (the largest in western France) is 5 minutes away. For golfers, you have the choice between the golf of Sargé and that of the circuit (Mulsanne). On a day (50 KM one way), you can visit the Alpes Mancelles in the north, the Loire valley and the Lude castle in the south, La Ferté Bernard in the Sarthois pole in the east with its old town and its canals (walks by boat), Solesme Abbey in the West with its masses sung in Gregorian by the monks.
