BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, tv, dresser, and wardrobe
ENSUITE BATHROOM: Connected to the master bedroom, with walk in shower
BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin beds and dresser
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with drip coffee maker, fridge, stove, over, microwave, pots/pants set, plates, bowls, and more!
LAUNDRY ROOM: Spacious laundry area with washer and dryer
BATHROOM: Second full bathroom with claw tub and shower combo
OUTDOORS: 2 outdoor dining areas, BBQ grill, firepit, and upper deck sitting area perfect for taking in the beautiful Florida sun
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire 2 bedroom home, fenced in outdoor area, upper deck, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking with one designated off-street parking spot, and complimentary coffee for the first morning.
Other Things to Note:
PET POLICY:
We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area.
