The Space:
This bright, open-layout condo features:
Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and A/C for a restful night’s sleep.
Two full bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.
A fully equipped, spacious kitchen, perfect for cooking at home.
In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
A cozy living room with Smart TV, ceiling fans, and natural cross-breeze throughout.
A large oceanview balcony, furnished with a table and seating—your new favorite spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Guest Access:
The complex consists of two buildings. Guests have access to the heated rooftop pool. Please note that accessing the pool requires going down and up some stairs, which may be important to consider for anyone with mobility concerns.

A short walk to Conchas Chinas Beach, a beautiful, semi–secluded stretch of coastline perfect for swimming and relaxing.
6 minutes from the Romantic Zone, where you’ll find the best restaurants, cafés, bars, art galleries, and boutique shops.
Close enough to enjoy the energy of town, yet far enough to experience tranquility, privacy, and the soothing sound of the ocean.

This condo is a great place in an excellent location. Just be aware that it’s right on a main road, so you will hear some road noise, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Chris, the host, was very communicative and attentive to the property. Any issues or concerns were handled quickly, and I would happily stay at any of his properties again. The walk to the nearby beach is short, but the hike back up is a workout—which I actually loved.
