Beautiful 5th floor Oceanfront Puerto Vallarta Studio condo from $70 a night.
Just a few miles South of Old town next to the Park Royal Hotel.
You do not need a car. We are right on the bus line. It is about 50 cents to ride to old town town about $7 for a taxi. The condo is next to a hotel and there will be noise from their AC units when on your balcony. T
We have had our other 5 STAR rated oceanfront 5th floor condo on VRBO (239356) for many years.
The condo has been remodeled with new tile, woodworking, beautiful furniture and decor.
The super comfortable King bed has a Costco memory foam topper.
The kitchen area has an apartment size refrigerator, a second refrigerator built into the entertainment center, granite countertops throughout with a smooth top two burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. We belong to the buildings laundry club. Free for your use..
We have a new SMART 50" curved Ultra HDTV, cable TV with 45 English station, and an Amazon Alexa to play your favorite songs. We also Have a new Climate controlled AC system.. Free high speed Internet is included.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which boasts direct access to two of Puerto Vallarta's most beautiful, clean beaches just steps from the room. The stunning ocean views lasted all day, and the suite itself was highly functional, equipped with everything needed for cooking and cleaning. Having an on-site mini-market was incredibly convenient and helped us save on dining out.The location is excellent—centrally located near the area's best beaches and less than ten minutes from the Malecón, with a convenient bus stop right outside the Girasol building. While the downstairs restaurant and bar were convenient, the food was just average (3/5 stars).There were a few drawbacks to note: we encountered unexpected extra fees at both check-in and checkout (cleaning fee) despite we always clean up after our stays. Additionally, the ambient noise from the adjacent hotel's turbines unfortunately masked the natural sound of the ocean waves. While the room's cleanliness could be improved—specifically regarding dust and debris left under the bed—the bedding itself was exceptionally comfortable, offering some of the best sleep I've ever had.Overall, the owners have put great effort into creating an enjoyable stay, and we appreciated our time here.

This unit has a fantastic view! Nicely decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful beach towels and chairs with umbrella if you wanted to have one in the sand, but we just used it on the balcony for shade. This was perfect! Plenty of fridge room with having the big wine fridge also. Bed was wonderful, water pressure was strong in the shower, so perfect.the owners Matt and Deidra are very responsive and gave us tons of good advice on what was around to do and places to eat etc. they are very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend renting from them. Thank you for allowing us to have this lovely stay! Sue and Kevin. 10/10 trip

Excellent value for the price- it is right above the industrial ac units of the place next door- but quite frankly, it became white noise in the background and for the price, we got over it pretty quick- and would absolutly stay here again. a beaches, little market right onsite with all the basics- the restaurant onsite is decent- a hidden gem for the frugal crowd for sure…

The property and location were lovely. The room was well equipped. Property and staff wonderful. Our main issue was that we could hear the neighboring condo industrial air conditioning unit fans directly next to the room. This is our biggest complaint, that the VRBO description of the unit was not transparent about the loudness of the AC unit from neighboring property. This was especially very loud from the outside patio, which we love to sit out on, and enjoy the view of ocean when relaxing at the condo. The sound was so loud it drowned out the ocean. So not enjoyable from that standpoint. We could also hear it all night as a low white noise when doors were closed. Maybe not a problem in cooler months.With that said, we have enjoyed our stay at the complex several times before, but we were in other condo units, beginning with 06-12 numbers on any floor. I would actually highly recommend staying at Girosol Sur, but in a different condo. Buen viaje!
