In a restored 19th-century longhouse divided into three cottages, the spacious Ferme cottage is fully renovated, with no overlooking neighbors and complete independence, set on an 11,000 m² property, including 400 m² dedicated to the cottage.
Make this typical marshland home your next getaway in the heart of the Marais Poitevin for a truly nature-filled holiday. Enjoy hiking and cycling trails right from your doorstep, and set off on a boat trip from the village dock.
The cottage offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets.
Ground floor: entrance, modern kitchen, living/dining room with exposed stonework, large picture window, and wood stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, family bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom/toilet, laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom/toilet, mezzanine bedroom with door (double bed), hallway with closets, one bedroom with three single beds, and one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
Amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, baby equipment, 400 m² enclosed garden on an 11,000 m² property, terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, loungers, pétanque court, TV, internet/Wi-Fi, ping-pong table.
All three cottages can be rented together. Minimum three-night stay for long weekends. Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.
Services available: bed linen rental and beds made up, towel rental, pets allowed, heating available outside July and August—all for an extra charge. Cleaning is not included and must be paid on site to your host.
