About this house rental

One of the rooms of the ground floor which is 40 m2 has a sofa bed and more for a bed of a couple
and 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms

Private heated pool and under your responsibility
The living room has an American style kitchen and is open on a large table and sofa near a stove (size of the living room 45 m2) and is open to the outside where is a garden table
The room on the ground floor is very large and can accommodate a couple and 2 children
All double beds are king size 180 x 200 cm but can be divisible into a single bed
there is a barn with ping pong and games for children and vegetable garden
Total area 265 m2
On the ground floor 180 m2
And upstairs 85 m2

Upstairs :
A room with 3 single beds and
2 double bedrooms and an attic bedroom with 5 children's beds, can add a 6th bed

-Warm heating

- Supplementary heating (50 euros per can of oil)

- Basic ingredients in the kitchen
- Final cleaning fee: 120 euros
For the final cleaning, we ask our tenants to tidy up the kitchen and the rooms it is not necessary to do the sanitary nor the vacuum cleaner, just leave clean the house and especially to empty the trash cans by doing well the se se not move the dishes
Additional fees:
+ tourist tax: 0. 90 euros per day and per adult and from 13 years old
Beds made on arrival. We pay special attention to the quality of the bedding. Warn if children need protection.

Good property for a family holiday. Plenty of room and the bedrooms were separated to give us all space! Some of the furniture is in need of replacement and the kitchen is a slightly awkward space to get into and out of when there are several people trying to get a snack or meal. The property is part of the Chateau estate but is separate. However, we did get 90 scouts camping in the field between us and the Chateau. they also came in groups to weed the garden. No problem, but it is not secluded! We did benefit from a professional event firework display put on for a wedding at the Chateau. What was not clear from the VRBO website advert was the unique nature of the swimming pool. It is designed to accommodate a wheelchair user. Hence one third is dedicated to a shallow ramp. The shallow end is only 0.4m high, so swimming is out and paddling is in. There is a large garage/barn at one end of the building that's half-full of old, unwanted furniture. Again, I assume it's full of Chateau cast-offs. However, the remaining half is great for playing table-tennis, or parking 3 cars. It's all hugely dusty. Owner plans to update the property.

Lovely setting, very helpful owners.Went for a family holiday and to visit Puy du Fou. We all had a great time, the children enjoyed the pool, gardens and animals. Logis very comfortable.

Nous étions 14 amis revenant du mariage du fils d'un des nôtres. Nous souhaitions continuer notre séjour par la visite du Puy du Fou. La Flocellière a été le seul site acceptant de recevoir pour 3 nuits seulement, 14 adultes. L'accueil a été attentif, prévenant et chaleureux. En définitive, nous avons tous regretté de ne pas être restés plus longtemps pour bénéficier de la qualité du site et diversifier nos visites.

Site plein de charme et très paisible. Location confortable. Piscine parfaite pour les enfants. Accueil irréprochable.
