Welcome to our fully renovated 2025 home, ideal for a comfortable stay in Ouistreham! Located in a quiet residential area, you’ll be perfectly situated to enjoy the beach, shops, and historic sites:
• 450 m from the town center, shops and restaurants
• 800 m from Avenue de la Mer, the main shopping street
• 1 km from the port and ferries
• 1.5 km from the D-Day beaches

Spacious living area with lounge (sofa bed), dining room for 6 with extensions, and a fully equipped open kitchen
Private terrace with outdoor seating and small enclosed garden

1 shower room with toilet, washing machine and dryer
Upstairs:
1 double bedroom (double bed)
1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed)
1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet

Private parking is available directly in front of the house for 2 to 3 vehicles.

By public transport, the Twisto bus stop is 450 m away. It is served by Line 12, which runs from Caen train station through Caen city center, the Brittany Ferry terminal, and along the Côte de Nacre up to Lion-sur-Mer.
Other things to note
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rate.
Self check-in with a lockbox.
