Situated on a small forest road, this house welcomes you with a cosy atmosphere. Warm daylight streaming through the windows, rustic furnishings and a wood-burning stove will make you feel at home in no time. Whether you sit back with a cup of coffee, listen to music or cook together, you will recharge your batteries here.
Start the day with an outdoor breakfast and listen to the sounds of nature all around you. Use the aluminium boat on the nearby Lake Välen and explore the area from the water. Try your luck at fishing too, the lake is home to zander, pike and a good stock of perch. In the evening you can grill the freshly caught fish on the barbecue.

Take a trip to Virserum, where there is a small ski area in winter and mountain bike trails and beautiful hiking trails in summer. In late summer, pick fresh porcini mushrooms and chanterelles in the surrounding forests and experience the region with all its seasonal flavours.
