About this apartment rental

This is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with garage parking in the centre of Northcote, a few minutes’ walk from the restaurants, cafes, bars and shops along High Street. It’s also 35 minutes from the Melbourne CBD via tram. The unit offers excellent living space with its open-plan living and dining rooms and well-equipped kitchen. It caters to little ones with two single beds in one bedroom and a shower bath. Outdoor entertaining is ideal on the sun-drenched patio, which has a barbecue.

This is a stunning apartment spread across one floor. Its main living area is adorned with polished timber flooring and ample natural light. The location of the property is very close to trendy High Street in Northcote with a huge variety of independent shops, cafes and restaurants.The appartment is really nice (but the chairs could be a bit slower to match the height of the table; overall a minior issue). Everything else including washing machine and dryer are in place. A car is not necessarily needed, but parking space is available.

In a great location, has a small balcony, clean, the property managers replied promptly wif my issues.Check-in was confusing - we arrived in the dark and the key was in a lockbox in the bushes on the base of a road sign on a traffic island and hard to unlock. The apartment smelt strongly of meat cooking smells, the bathroom drain also smelt, the electriciity went out for the kitchen and bathroom for around 2 days, there were coffee pods but no coffee machine - we reported all this to the property managers and they were sympathetic but couldnt really do much. That said we probably would stay here again - mainly due to the location and the cleanliness of the apartment.

The property is tired. Balcony area had old solar panels on it. Wouldn’t use that area as it wasn’t clean Suggest new bath towels & better pillows. Need bread knife in kitchen. Shower head leaks when in use. I hope this is of assistance going forward
