About this house rental

Malula 53 has everything you need. This fully renovated Victorian Terrace is located in trendy Northcote, just 7km from the Melbourne CBD. In a quiet street, with public transport at either end of the street you don't even need a car.

The diverse and trendy neighbourhoods of Northcote, Fitzroy and Carlton are close by, and offer plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options.

With two Queen Sized bedrooms, this fully furnished home will sleep up to 4 people, and is a great base for both work and leisure travellers. Sheridan bed linen and towels are provided, along with selection of pillows to suits all tastes, to ensure you find the pillow that is “just right” for you.

Enjoy a brand new fully renovated bathroom, free wifi and a desk for those who need to do some work. While you are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out, you have access to a fully stocked kitchen, with some essentials including the all important coffee machine and breakfast included (first two nights) and some goodies to snack on.

Amazing location! Short walk to tram stop and train station. A 15 walk to High Street Northcote which has a wonderful selection of cafes, bars and shops. House was a lovely single front hertiage cottage tastefully renovated. My niece and I really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again next time we are in Melbourne.

Home was beautiful and very comfy bedsCar parking on the weekend was a bit challenging but house is right next to train and tram line so easy access to the city.Advertised breakfast included for 2 nights but was only partially provided so would suggest not to mention it in inclusions . These properties we dont expect food included.Overall a comfy pleasant stay.

Fantastic location and great sized home. Very good beds. Has all the extras you could want including lovely breakfast provisions, and many other thoughtful touches. Only addition would be some comfy furniture in the back rooms.Would definitely stay here again.
