The Northside Haven is located in a residential neighbourhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of surrounding neighbours, particularly during the evening and early morning.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property to identify excessive noise levels. The device does not record or listen to conversations. An external security camera is also positioned at the front entrance for security purposes.
Parties, functions and large gatherings are not permitted. We simply ask that guests enjoy the home responsibly and treat the property and surrounding neighbourhood with care.
