House was great for our party of 7 guests for a 3 night stay, friendly responsive hosts, thoughtful amenities and house well equipped for catering at home. Good security. Easy to access nearby shops and services. Though cold the kid loved the pool - which was lovely and clean.
Granted it is Townsville but the pictures of a lovely garden with green grass for kids to play is a little deceiving.
The lock on the bathroom door to master bedroom was broken, this was inconvenient.
Though the house was spotlessly clean the bath towels (though folded and nicely presented) were all still damp and old - new + fresh clean linen is a must in any rental accommodation.

Plenty of room for three separate males
Could not get all channels on the tv and once you did antenna did not have great reception. TV would stop go all fuzzy and lose channels once turned off. Had to continuously swap batteries.
