WaterSound Beach! TWO Golf Carts + Private Beach + Carriage House + Bikes!

Summer was very easy to work with and quick to respond. House was great! We all stayed in the main house (4 adults and 3 kids). Cooked a lot and ordered out 3-4x, lots great places for food, coffee and ice cream. Had drip coffee and espresso machine. Great screened in porch. 3 houses from a large park and dog park/play area. The 2 golf carts were clutch to go to beach. 2-3 min drive. Then no steps to the beach. Had multiple bikes and lots of beach toys and chairs. Pool is a 1 min golf cart ride. Super safe and quiet gated (with security) community. Groceries can be delivered. The house had everything we wanted. I would stay here again. This is our second stay in this community. We love it here! 7-8 min drive to Aly’s and Rosemary beach.

Great location. Convenient to beach, pool, and neighborhood park.

The neighborhood is very well laid out with trails and pocket parks amongst beautiful homes. The property had all the beach toys and beach gear needed. And two golf carts as well. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of privacy and space for all. The upstairs is acoustically very private. The tower was so fun for the kids.

We had a great spring break vacation at this property! We’ve stayed at many properties along 30-A over the past 20 years, and WaterSound is one of our favorites. We would definitely rent this property again. The property manager, Summer, was excellent - she was very attentive and made everything go smoothly. The house and neighborhood is ideal if you are looking for a quiet getaway - far away from the crowds and noise but still on 30-A. Although the house is not directly on the beach, and you can’t see the water from any view of the house, it does provide a golf cart that is permitted to use the community boardwalk that takes you right up to the beach - no stairs to the sand! There are multiple private beach access points across the WaterSound development, and we felt like our access was the best. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous - perfect for walks or bike rides. The community pool is simple and has restrooms along with an onsite quick service restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. The house is beautiful, clean and well appointed. We hope to be back soon!
