ABOUT FLOR DA LI BY THE SEA
Flor Da Li by the Sea is a three-story, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with about 3,408 square feet on the south side of Prominence on 30A, between Watersound and Alys Beach, with sleeping for 15. The Prominence community pool is about 450 feet away, roughly a 2-minute walk, and 4 bikes are included for rides to the beach.
The home has custom-made furnishings throughout, and the living and dining areas have 10-foot ceilings and plenty of windows. The open kitchen has stainless appliances, a gas cooktop, a built-in oven, an oversized refrigerator with an ice maker, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. Outside, the patio has a gas grill and patio furniture. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a half bath and custom baby gates for the stairs are also included.
On the first floor, Primary Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the third floor, Primary Bedroom 2 has a king bed, two twin sleeper chairs and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and the bunk room has queen-over-queen bunk beds and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 and the bunk room share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
Prominence is a 30A community with a 5,000-square-foot resort-style community pool with cabanas, outdoor dining pavilions, community grills and fireplaces, and an outdoor amphitheater with concerts, movies and sports broadcasts. The Big Chill in Prominence has food, drinks and events on the lawn.
Beach accesses to the west:
- Deer Lake State Park: The closest beach access to Prominence, about 0.5 miles away, with a small paid parking area and restrooms. The walk from the parking area to the beach is longer than at most area accesses. Alcohol is not allowed, and beach service is not available.
- Walton Dunes: About 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This Walton County beach access has parking.
- Santa Clara: About 3.5 miles to the west near Bramble Grove Road. This Walton County beach access has parking and restrooms.
Beach accesses to the east:
- Gulf Lakes: A small Walton County beach access about 0.5 miles to the east. Parking is not available, but it is an easy bike ride.
- Sea Breeze: Just past Gulf Lakes. This Walton County beach access has a shower but no parking or restrooms.
TRANSPORTATION
- Parking is limited to 4 vehicles, including the driveway and garage. Street parking is not allowed.
- Additional vehicles can generally park in the Prominence South gravel parking areas along Pleasant Street and Clipper Street. Overnight parking at the pool is not allowed.
- 4 bikes are included.
- A golf cart is not included. 30A Gulf Carts is the only outside golf cart vendor allowed in Prominence, and carts are limited.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament and this house did not disappoint! It was perfect for our family and another family. Very roomy and plenty of space to not make it feel like we were on top of each other. Super convenient having the pool nearby and the big chill!

The location of this rental is great for walking to shops and restaurants at the Big Chill. We also enjoyed having more than one pool option. The bigger pool had more of a resort feel, but if it was too busy, there was a smaller pool that was an option as well. The house itself is beautiful, and the rental company was very responsive any time I had a question or needed help with something. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing week at this gorgeous home away from home! It is so clean and perfect in every way! It's a great beach house to create memories with your family or friends at beautiful beaches. We love the location and the shops and restaurants near by. We frequent this location often it never disappoints. Until we meet again!

The place was dirty, not well kept (it's sad because it's a beautiful house!! I don't think the owners know the condition of the house, the management company is terrible!) It's too far from the beach, it wasn't worth it!
