I took my family of 6 (5 adults and one child) on a 4-night stay at Apres Sea. Working with Benchmark was refreshing as they were good in communicating ahead of time about policies, check-in/out procedures, and where to go for help. The rental was very nice, set back down a long path off of 30A. The golf cart is a must, especially if you are carrying good to the beach. The pool is nice and a 30-second walk from the unit. Good quality but basic amenities including coffee maker (key) and all cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and every room had a TV with access to streaming apps for you to use. Internet access/wifi was solid. We did have an issue with the disposal in the sink and the TVs randomly turning on during the night, but no other problems to note. Could have used some better direction in knowing where the beach access was, but outside of that, it was simple. Beach was great, chairs were easy to secure if not a little expensive but what can you do? Would definitely recommend to others, particularly for the price.

Had a great stay at the house! The house was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a family of four. Location was great and the golf cart made getting to the beach easy. There is golf cart parking both at the private and public beach entrance. The neighborhood was quiet and calm, and the pool was clean and a nice reprieve from the beach. Having temperature control on both floors was a plus. Kitchen was appointed with everything you’d need for a beach vacation, except for a cutting board. Would, and most likely will, stay again!

The house was nice. But the floors were not mopped and we had dirty feet from them. Also, there were no oven mits in the kitchen. And only 2 or 3 kitchen dish cloths.
