The space
This house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 15 minutes away from Downtown Denver. Less than 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater and a short 12 minutes to Golden & Old Town Arvada. Close to plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, local stores, breweries, and bowling alley.

The large windows throughout bring in lots of natural light and beautiful views of the Flat Irons in Boulder.

The spacious backyard is a perfect space to relax, have fun, and enjoy the company of friends & family. Set with outdoor dining, grill, gas fire pit, hot tub, tv, and plenty of outdoor games. Upstairs patio right off living room to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails!

LIVING ROOM: The view in the living room is Amazing!! Sit on a large comfortable sofa and enjoy amazing views of the FlatIrons! Room has a coffee table and side table and a large streaming TV for watching your favorite movie or TV show.

KITCHEN & DINING Updated large kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and 12 cup drip coffee maker with filters and coffee, tea, and Pod Coffee maker. Wine refrigerator to keep your wine at the perfect temperature. The dining room comfortably sits 6 people. There are 2 leafs for the dining room table to extend to seat 10-12 people. We also have a booster seat for little one.
